Directions to: Sunrise 1566 Ocean Ave Sea Bright, NJ 07760 - From Parkway South,(coming from NYC, North New Jersey) Take exit 109, After toll Make left on Newmann Springs Road, which is also Rte 520, going East - From Parkway North (coming from South Jersey) Take exit 109. Make right on Newmann Springs Road, which is also Rte 520, going East for apprx. 2 miles. From Rte 520, make a left over the Railroad tracks on to Rte 35 going North (Dunkin Donuts on right corner) and follow the signs for Rte 520. Soon after turning left, at the second street called Pinckney Road, turn right. This is still Rte 520. Make a right at the ‘T’ onto Branch Avenue and travel about a quarter of a mile to the flashing red light. Make a left onto Rumson Road, following signs for Rte 520. Follow to the end through Rumson over the Sea Bright bridge. Stay in the right lane and then go through the town of Sea Bright with the Beach on the left side. Pass the 7/11 Store on the right and in 1 mile, there will be a blinking yellow light, which is the border with Monmouth Beach. The sea wall will be on your left. About 50 yards before the light, make a right into Sunrise Way (one way sign). The townhouses are three-story and Slate Blue. - From Rte 18 South Take exit for Rte 36 East, towards Eatontown Follow for about 10 minutes until you reach Ocean Ave Make left on Rte 36 Pass through towns of Long Branch and Monmouth Beach You will see a blinking yellow light before you exit Monmouth Beach The sea wall will be on your right Make your first left on Sunrise Way (they are Slate Blue townhomes) after you leave Monmouth Beach and enter Sea Bright Visitors may park in your host's driveway or, if full, parking spaces are available by the mailboxes.
